Vodafone – The world’s largest mobile network operator
ZYB.com – mobile based community start up
As one of the earliest hires at ZYB.com, a Danish start up focused on mobile social networking and communications, I was responsible for marketing and audience acquisition. ZYB.com was later acquired by Vodafone for €31m and became the foundation for Vodafone 360.
A core part of Vodafone’s 360.com team, I was responsible for European online audience acquisition campaigns, marketing content development and analytics, managing budget and working with both internal teams and external agencies.
Online Audience Acquisition
- Developed and executed online marketing strategy across eight EU regions.
- Drove new registrations through SEM, Affiliate, Email and Display campaigns.
- Optimised campaign performance to increase volume and reduce cost.
Site / Content Build and Maintenance
- Led the development of over 30 localised campaign landing pages.
- Delivered key site sections for Vodafone360.com including FAQs and Safety.
- Implemented email notifications and developed newsletter / CRM strategy.
Analytics, Reporting and Optimisation
- Implemented Omniture and evangelised web analytics as key business KPI.
